I had a disappointing experience with the rooms at the hotel. They were not at all like the photos on TripAdvisor, and the cleanliness was lacking, especially on the first night. Dealing with the owner, who seemed indifferent to our concerns, left me frustrated, and I had to dispute the charges with my credit card company.
